Malcolm has a background in Financial Services/Banking and has been in the outplacement industry since 1991. He has successfully provided support to clients within both the private and public sectors and is accomplished in enthusiastically coaching clients, providing motivation, building confidence and developing self belief. He displays a large degree of empathy as a counsellor and training facilitator. He has also given personal career transition coaching to a number of senior managers and executives wishing to regain control of their own career paths.
