Sheila provides one to one coaching for senior and executive managers to Chief Executive level on leadership and management style. She has an impressive CV, being not only an experienced Human Resources Professional/Occupational Psychologist, but also recently qualified as an Academically Qualified Lawyer.
She has designed and tutored management development programmes for all levels on leadership, influencing, communication, decision-making, team building, strategic human resources, business and legal knowledge. She has worked with and for many leading organisations such as Abbey National, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Channel Four, BAA, Anglian Water and The Carbon Trust.

- Bespoke design of competency frameworks using critical incident and repertory grid techniques.
- Design and implementation of career assessment and development processes including bespoke design of assessment and development centres and the coaching of senior managers as decision-makers and participants
- Design and facilitation of career planning workshops to enable “talent” to develop their skills
- Re-design of organisation in terms of structure and systems
- Culture and change management to look at the business interfaces and to streamline processes.
Sheila also has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a Graduate Member of Institute of Personnel Management.
