You are at : Home

Stop!  Just take a moment to think about what you are doing and how you are feeling.

When you think about work, do you feel excited, energised and positive?

Or is the "credit crunch" getting you down?  Are you being asked to work longer hours for less pay?  Fearing redundancy?  Do you feel anxious, exhausted and demotivated?

  • If you manage people, how would they respond to this question? Are they job hunting behind your back, or are they totally committed to your company, inspired by your leadership?  Surely this is the time to KEEP good staff so you keep ahead of your competitors not lose them to the opposition!

  • If you are HR, are you feeling under pressure? Are staff not performing as they could do? Are line managers coming to you to sort their problems out? Have you been asked to implement developmental strategies for members of staff, but are not sure where to start.

  • Are you an individual member of staff who is experiencing stress at work and receiving very little support from your manager? This is the time to review your own personal strategy.

Wherever you are in the organisation, do you want things to change for the better?  If so, WorkScales can help.  We offer a range of services designed to support you and motivate your staff.
