My experience with WorkScales has been very positive.  The coaching gave me the tools and opportunity to reflect on my personal behaviours, values and motivation and then to develop an action plan to make the necessary changes to get my career back on track and moving forward again.  

I work for a great employer that proactively supports and encourages personal development.  In my case, my management and I jointly acknowledged that some bespoke training, rather the conventional ‘off the shelf’ resources often used by larger companies, might provide a solution.   Having witnessed the changes David made, and after an initial consultation, I was reassured that Workscales could provide the personal coaching and mentoring, tailored to my particular situation.

The Discus analysis was a particularly useful and insightful system that provided a baseline to work from.   From here, we mapped a Development Plan and shared ideas and tools to help me improve my style of leadership, and to be more focused and effective in my current role.     Importantly for me, I have been able to affect subtle but impactful changes without significantly compromising my personal values and beliefs.   Now, reflecting on the recent past, my motivation has increased and I am once again enjoying my role.    Recent feedback from colleagues and business partners has been very positive and endorses the value and effectiveness of the help and expertise received from Madeleine.
