Mike Roarty
Mike is a highly experienced and qualified Corporate Executive Coach, trainer, facilitator and presenter. He has held national strategic responsibility for people development in previous roles and brings with him leadership, culture change, and project development experience. He has also held creative and management roles in the Music Business which bring a particular creativity to his work. Mike currently coaches leaders to achieve higher performance, both for themselves and for their teams. Mike has considerable experience in coaching on away days with a range of organisations in different sectors including Banking, IT, Retail, Government Offices, Local Authorities, Health, Social Care and Voluntary sectors.
Mike is a Graduate and chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development; Founder Member and Graduate Corporate Coach of the UK College of Life Coaching and a Graduate of the Coaching Academy. He has gained a Diploma in Business Coaching and is an NLP Master Practitioner, and a licensed MBTI assessor.
He regularly provides one-to-one/ team coaching to various organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors. He is particularly interested in coaching individuals and teams in areas such as personal effectiveness, leadership skills, organisational strategy and business development, change management and work/life balance. He also trains managers in coaching skills.
Mike has facilitated and coached at Board and Director level as well as with middle and first level management. He has also designed and facilitated large national and regional conferences for around 100-150 delegates.
