Nikki Jones
Nikki’s experience spans over 15 years in human resources management both within HR consultancies and in operational human resources functions in corporate, SMEs and public sector organisations.
Nikki’s specialist areas are:

Main achievements:
- Development and implementation of assessment centres for middle to senior management positions, including psychometric testing
- Implementation of redundancy programme for over 200 employees including setting up of employee consultation group, employee counselling, management of outplacement programme and organisation of job fairs
- Designed and implemented performance appraisal systems, including running workshops for managers and employees on objective setting
- Devised HR reporting systems ensuring ability to analyse data to monitor organisational performance against targets
- Delivered training programmes for front line and executive level employees including time management, project management, objective setting, sales lead generation and confidence building
Current:
Nikki currently runs her own HR consultancy working with a range of clients in the private and not for profit sectors as well as working as an associate for Workscales Ltd. Services range from design of employment contracts through to management coaching, recruitment services and employee relations advice.
Nikki is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and constantly updates her skills through attendance at various vocational courses including TUPE, performance coaching and talent management.
