Managers to blame for workplace stress?
Recent surveys suggest that poor management is a major cause of stress to employees and one of the main reasons for employees looking for new positions, even during a recession. It also causes absenteeism, lateness, health issues and lack of motivation. I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has experienced this in the workplace.
