Outplacement
Why Outplacement?
Unfortunately many companies are having to streamline their services and cut back on staff during this difficult period. It is stressful having to advise well-regarded employees that their jobs will no longer exist, often leaving a legacy of ill-feeling and resentment. To avoid this and to demonstrate to the remaining employees that your company values them, offering outplacement helps soften the blow of redundancy by providing practical help and career guidance, demonstrating that you appreciate the contribution those who are leaving have made. We also offer guidance on how to break the bad news and how to lessen the effect on the surviving staff.
Staff can be seen in-house or in serviced offices around the UK in two-four hour sessions.
